Festival Information
PARKING
Brockfest is very much committed to being as environmentally friendly as we can, so we are encouraging festival goers to walk to the site if possible. There is no parking at the festival site at Brockworth Rugby Club. However if you have to drive, we have secured two car parks for you to access at your own risk. Perrybrook Sports Fields car park opposite Henley Bank School or Mill Lane car park, both of which are locked at 11.30pm.
ARRIVAL & TICKETS
The Brockfest entrance is situated to the side of Brockworth Rugby Club in Mill Lane. On arrival please present either a printed ticket or the email ticket via your mobile device. Your ticket will be scanned and you will given your wristband. There are different colour wristbands for adults and children. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry to the festival site.
FOOD & DRINK
No food or drink is allowed to be brought into the Festival, only with the exception of baby food. We have a good variety of food and drink options for our festival goers (inc Dairy & Gluten Free + Vegan). Free water is provided.

CHALLENGE 25
Brockfest will operate with challenge 25 scheme and if you're luck enough to look under 25, you may be asked to show some identification. The event organisers have the right to evict anyone drinking under the age of 18 and anyone involved in the supply of alcohol to people under the age of 18.
SECURITY
Your safety is of the upmost importance to us. Upon arrival you will pass through a security check point for bag searches and checks. If you are arriving with a young child or vulnerable person whom you are the parent or responsible person please write your contact details on the underside of their wristbands in case they become lost. We really encourage everyone to do this. Our security team specialises in outdoor events, please treat them with the courtesy and respect you would expect to receive.
LOST PERSON & LOST CHILD POINT
If you lose your child or vulnerable person please inform any member of the security team who will assist you and have strict procedure in place for resolving this kind of issue. We will also have a 'lost child point' which will be alongside our first aid tent. Please familiarise your children where it is and encourage them. To speak to one of the staff there if they become lost.
FIRST AID
There will be a first aid tent onsite with qualified first aiders. Th first aid tent is located close to the entrance.
PETS
With the exceptions of guide dogs, no pets are allowed at the festival.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
We are committed to protecting the local environment. There are recycling and general waste bins dotted around the site for your use. Please dispose of your letter - we have to pick it up once the fun is over.
BANNED ITEMS
Food & Drink (except baby food), Glass of any description, illegal drugs, fireworks, flares or other pyrotechnics, weapons/blades, bicycles, pets, drones.
SEATING
You can bring picnic blankets and camping chairs in reasonable quantities, however we ask that during busy times you refrain from using these near the mainstage area
RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBOURS
The event is surrounded by local residents of Brockworth. Please respect our neighbours and the local community, please keep noise to a minimum when leaving, without their support the event would not go ahead.
